I had an excellent experience with Acorn Tire & Service. Scheduling service for my BMW 530xi was efficient and straightforward. Ernest clearly explained the diagnosis of the brake fluid leak and the proposed repair plan, while Ryan assisted with ordering the correct cabin air filter. The entire team was professional, courteous, and communicative throughout the process. Thank you to the Acorn team for providing outstanding service. I highly recommend them and look forward to returning in the future.

Excellent service. Friendly, professional, and thorough. My Jeep Wrangler had an oil leak. Geoff Smith and team diagnosed the issue, and repaired to my complete satisfaction. They went over and above in terms of explaining the issue and how it would fixed and then completing the job. I cannot say enough how pleased I am with the service received. Thank you Geoff. Thank you Acorn Tire. I confidently recommend this business 100%.

Tire tech took my car for a joyride unaware I was at the shop waiting to pick up my car. I could hear my car peel out and ripping down the surrounding streets for at least 5 minutes while it was cold. When confronted, they tried explaining to me how my own car works and that it was a simple "alignment check", which doesn't need wreck less driving to check for. If you want your car in safe hands and to be respected, NEVER come here.

I went to Acorn Tire & Service after a coworker recommended them when my check engine light came on. I have a Mercedes-Benz, but I’m no longer under warranty, so I was looking for a trustworthy shop. From the moment I called, the customer service was top tier. When I came in, they were just as professional and took the time to properly diagnose the issue. Within 10–15 minutes, they let me know the part was still covered under a 15-year manufacturer warranty!?!? They could have easily charged me $800, but instead, they chose honesty and transparency. In a world where it’s not always easy to trust repair shops, it’s refreshing to come across honest, trustworthy people. I took my car to Mercedes-Benz, and they were absolutely right—the repair was fully covered. If anything else comes up, they’ll be my first stop. I’ll definitely be recommending them to everyone. Thank you for an outstanding experience!

Used to bring my cars here all the time but been years and I bring my new car to this location they fix the issue I caused but then I got my car back and brought it back three individual times for them to look at again Because they fired two guys but kept my car for 9 hours then admitted to me that something might’ve been done wrong Then I was misled two different times being there that the head Mechanic was going to look at it I get my car back with a dent in my car then they claim that it wasn’t them. DONT GO HERE!!! YOU WILL BE MISS LEAD, lied too JEFF at the Lincoln Chicago store made it very clear to take them to court while yelling at me that they have lawyers. like uhhhh so do we people!! Also corporates available for a reason. 😂 I’ll see this location in court!!
